The ball has been dropped.
I've tried new recipes since January 6th, but I have not posted them. Stay posted -- I promise I will.
I've never used cod liver oil. I imagine you would use it for omega-3s and omega-6s. I think you can get the same benefits from eating sea vegetables (kelp, nori, etc), and flax. I'd have to check on that for sure (again -- not a professional).
I'm not a dietician, but I have had an interest in nutrition for quite a while. I've been looking for the best way to eat, for me, for a while, and these are my thoughts on the subject.
You should definitely try to make Paczki!! They look delicious...as most fried things are.
