This blog is my attempt to eat healthy foods, mostly in season, primarily vegan, but at least vegetarian, without blowing my food budget for the whole of 2009.
I'm not a dietician, but I have had an interest in nutrition for quite a while. I've been looking for the best way to eat, for me, for a while, and these are my thoughts on the subject.
